How a booking is made
- You send us an enquiry and we discuss your requirements.
- We prepare a proposal and itemised quote.
- If you'd like to proceed, we issue booking documentation and request the agreed deposit.
- A contract is formed when you accept the booking documentation and the deposit is received and cleared. The contract is between you, InteleTravel UK and the relevant supplier(s), with Padel Road Trip acting as the brand front-end.
Deposits and payments
Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by supplier, destination and how far ahead you are booking. The exact amounts and dates that apply to your trip are set out in your booking documentation. Final balances are typically due 8–12 weeks before departure unless otherwise stated.
Changes by you
If you need to change names, dates or destinations after booking, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Suppliers may charge amendment fees, and price differences for the revised arrangement will apply. We will tell you the cost before any change is confirmed.
Cancellation by you
Cancellation charges are set by the suppliers involved and depend on how close to departure you cancel. Your booking documentation will set out the exact cancellation scale. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance as soon as you book to cover cancellation and curtailment risk.
Changes or cancellation by us or a supplier
Occasionally suppliers may need to make changes to confirmed arrangements. Where a change is significant, you will be offered the choice of accepting the change, taking an alternative trip of comparable standard, or cancelling for a full refund of monies paid for the affected arrangement. Compensation may also be payable under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 where they apply.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our trips and is your responsibility. Cover should include cancellation, medical expenses, sports activity (padel is generally considered standard activity), baggage, and personal liability. You must take insurance out as soon as you book.
Passports, visas and health
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your group hold valid passports and any visas required for your destination, and to follow current entry, health and safety guidance for the countries you are travelling to. We are happy to point you to official sources but cannot accept liability for documentation that does not meet entry requirements.
Behaviour
We expect all members of your group to behave reasonably and respect courts, accommodation, suppliers and other guests. Suppliers may refuse service or cancel arrangements without refund where behaviour is unsafe or unacceptable.
Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, please raise it locally with the supplier and contact us as quickly as possible so we have a chance to put it right. If a matter remains unresolved after your return, write to hello@padelroadtrip.com within 28 days of returning home, including your booking reference and supporting detail.
