By using padelroadtrip.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Padel Road Trip is a specialist padel travel brand and part of Sporting Escapes Group. We are affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders.
Padel Road Trip is a trading name of Cherished Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 14318085. Registered office: Willoughby House (Office 7), 2 Broad Street, Stamford, England, PE9 1PG.
Using the website
- You may use this site to read about our trips, send enquiries and contact our team.
- You must be 18 or over to send an enquiry on behalf of a group or to book a trip.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape content systematically, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract. We will respond to discuss your requirements and, where appropriate, send you a proposal. A booking is only confirmed once you have received and accepted written booking documentation and any required deposit has been paid.
Pricing and availability
Any prices or "from £" indications shown on the site are guide prices based on typical group size, season and destination. Final prices depend on group size, travel dates, choice of accommodation, coaching and inclusions, and supplier availability. We'll always send you a clear, itemised quote before you commit to a trip.
Booking conditions
Trips booked through Padel Road Trip are arranged via InteleTravel UK and the relevant supplier(s). Detailed contract terms — including deposits, payment schedule, cancellation, amendments and supplier-specific protections — are set out in our Booking Conditions and in the booking confirmation you receive at the point of booking. Those terms take precedence over anything written on this site.
Intellectual property
The "Padel Road Trip" name, logo and website content (other than user-submitted material) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Press use of brand assets is welcomed — email press@sportingescapesgroup.com.
Links to other websites
We link to the Sporting Escapes Group parent site and to sister brands (F1 Mirador, Golf Holiday Breaks, Football Getaways), plus supplier and partner websites where relevant. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we make no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and our liability for any loss arising from website use is limited to the extent permitted by law. Liability for trips you book is governed by the Booking Conditions and applicable Package Travel Regulations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
